GUARANTEE TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. If you should be dissatisfied with the course material, instructor or overall experience, you are able to apply for a Retrain or Refund. 

2. The feedback provided must be accurate and relevant to the course you attended.

3. The application must be received within 3 working days of the last day of the course.

4. Once the request has been received, an internal investigation will be conducted and the application will then be approved.
