Terms and Conditions

1. Bookings:

  • Booking forms need to be completed and emailed in order for us to respond with an Invoice.
  • Dietary requirements need to be filled in completely and accurately. Unfortunately, catering arrangements cannot be altered on the day of the training.
  • Neither Learnfast nor The CAD Corporation can be held responsible for provision of a laptop on the day of training unless specifically indicated on your Booking form.
  • We may not be able to assist with last-minute bookings although we do exhaust all avenues to try to assist and will then kindly request that you book for the next available date.
  • Attendee mobile no & email address need to be completed accurately on Booking form for attendance register & certification purposes. Neither Learnfast nor The CAD Corporation can be held responsible for any certificate errors due to incorrect information on Booking form.
  • Shortly after payment/official Purchase Order document has been received a Final training confirmation will be sent out stating the details of the course, training venue with a link to the map for directions, the dates as well as the starting times.
  • We kindly request that our clients read thoroughly through our course outlines to check prerequisites and course information. Should you book for the incorrect course or course level and only realise this on the day of training, a new Booking form and Invoice will be generated for a reschedule to the correct course.

2. Virtual Training/Using Own Laptop In Class:

  • Clients are required to have a stable internet connection & a working headset available for virtual training.
  • Clients using their own laptops In-class or during Virtual training need to verify a few days before training that they have full administration rights on their laptops. In other words, you must be able to install software that forms part of the course requirements, for example, MS SQL Server or Visual Studio.
  • No refunds will be processed in light of the above.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Full course fee will be forfeited for no-shows or cancellations outside of the 5-10 working days before the course commencement date.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be in writing and reach us via email at minimum 5 (five) to 10 (ten) working days before the course commencement date.
  • Although we go through great lengths to ensure that training proceed as scheduled, Learnfast and The CAD Corporation reserve the right to cancel or postpone training if we require to do so.
  • Learnfast and The CAD Corporation suggests clients wait until a week prior to course commencement that a course has been confirmed to go ahead as scheduled before booking flights and accommodation.  Neither Learnfast nor The CAD Corporation will be held responsible for costs associated with cancellation of classes such as flights and accommodation for clients.
  • In the event that you are not able to attend scheduled training as per your booking, you can arrange for a replacement attendee in writing to the sales person who assisted you with your booking
  • Refund requests will go through an approval process and, should it be approved, we will advise on the refund payment time frame – refunds are not immediate
  • Full refunds will not be made in any event where Learnfast and The CAD Corporation have already used business resources to assist & deliver any form of supportive services to our client. In such case, a partial refund may be considered subject to the details during the investigation & approval process.
  • ‘Cooling off period’ – Our clients have the right to request a refund/partial refund within 5 days after payment/PO, should you not be booked on training during the next 5-10 working days. Should you be booked on training during the next 5-10 working days, no refund can be made as we have already made operational expenses which cannot be reversed for your training booking.
  • Should you cancel your training more than 5-10 working days before training attendance but you don’t qualify for the 5 days cooling off period, you may request a credit note & your credit remains valid for 12 months and may be used towards any other courses that we have on offer.

4. LMS Online Courses:

  • LMS Online turnaround support time is 2 Working days
  • Access to the LMS is non-sublicensable, non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • For Credit-bearing courses, you kindly need to submit your PoE at our campus or online.
  • Access to the LMS is limited to 12 months access during which the course need to be completed.
  • The starting date of your access is deemed to be the date your login details are created and sent through by our administrators.
  • There is no specific PoE due date however your PoE must be submitted at least one month before your 12 months LMS access expire.
  • Neither Learnfast nor Cadco can be held liable for any costs such as printing of documents at home and/or arrangement of hand-delivery of documents.
  • Courses purchased for our Online Learning method, cannot be cancelled once you have been assigned access and may not be transferred to other individuals
  • Clients who opt for Credit-bearing courses:  your PoE need to be completed and submitted at our campus or online, at least one month before your 12 month LMS access ends.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet the system requirements, including compatible hardware, software and internet service prior to purchasing access to our online learning portal.
  • An automated email will be sent to you from noreply@myway.training  once payment is received with details on your first-time login and how to get started on the LMS

5. Invoices, Payment & Credit:

  • Invoices can only be sent after we have received a completed Booking form for each delegate via email.
  • Should you have any form of credit with us, note that credit is non-refundable and valid for 12 months only.
  • Confirm payment OR kindly provide us with a Purchase Order document at least 2 weeks before the course starts.
  • Purchase Orders should include the exact payment date committed by your company or provide us with the committed payment date in an email.
  • Please use your Learnfast/The CAD Corporation Invoice number as reference for the payment

6. Extended Finance Plan:

  • One Invoice
  • 3 Months’ payment terms
  • Deposit of R2 000.00 due upfront.  This is non-refundable
  • Debit Order Form to be completed and returned with supporting documents
  • ITC check & Affordability assessment to be done once deposit is paid
  • Extended Finance Plan course fees are different to those of the upfront discounted course fees

7. Certificates:

  • We use a digital certificate system, either via our online learning management system or via email after the training.
  • No printed certificates will be handed out at the training. Printed certificates can be arranged at an additional cost.
  • Learnfast and The CAD Corporation holds accreditation with selected SETAs for selected courses on our offering. It cannot be assumed that all courses are accredited.
  • Certificates of Attendance are provided to all clients via our LMS portal to which clients receive access during the end of their course.
  • Certificates of Competency will be obtained once the attendee has successfully completed the Portfolio of Evidence, as well as the assessment, moderation and SETA verification process, have been completed.

8. Credit Bearing & Non-Credit Bearing courses:

  • Credit-bearing course pricing per person includes two assessments & moderation of the Portfolio of Evidence.
  • Course bundles/expert programs include discounted pricing as is. Additional discounts are not applicable.
  • Note that there is price differences for Credit-bearing and non-Credit bearing training. It cannot be assumed that pricing is similar for different certifications.

9. Learnerships:

  • No sourcing of learners will be done by Learnfast.
  • Cancellation Ts & Cs apply to Learnerships as per above.
  • Learnfast acts solely as a training provider and not a Learnership Agent.
  • Pricing per person includes two assessments & moderation of the Portfolio of Evidence.
  • A structured learning program consists of theoretical and practical workplace experiential learning of at least 12 months accommodated with an occupationally related qualification that is registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF)

10. Exam Vouchers:

  • Exam voucher needs to be redeemed before the specified expiry date.
  • Exam vouchers are non-refundable and once ordered, it cannot be reversed.
  • Exam Voucher prices may change at any time during the year, subject to supplier pricing.
  • Some of our courses have the option of an exam voucher to be added to your invoice. Exam voucher costs are not included automatically and can be included upon your request.
