myWay Mentored Learning

At Learnfast we understand that that each person prefers different learning styles and techniques influenced by circumstances, location, field of study and learning preference. The "myWay Mentored Learning" was created because of this very reason. It allows each student to progress in a manner that is most suitable for their skills set, knowledge and schedule that a fixed, lecture based approach does not allow for. You will be tutored on a one to one basis by a subject matter expert with continues practical exposure and focus on problem areas.

The myWay Mentored Learning gives you a superior learning experience. It allows for focused one-on-one mentoring sessions that makes learning more effective as information is given in shorter, more manageable portions. It allows for a more flexible and manageable learning schedule giving you the freedom to acquire valuable new skills around your schedule and stay productive. You can target your training so you learn only what you need without spending time on what you already know.

 

 


 

How it Works. The Learning Cycle.

The myWay Mentored Learning methodology will consist of multiple learning cycles throughout your day.

 

Step 1. One-on-One Mentorship

Certified expert instructors will provide ongoing  personal one-to-one coaching, support and guidance throughout your learning cycle.

 

Step 2. Practical Exercises

Each learning cycle will combine your one-on-one mentorship with a practical exercise of the topic to ensure you apply your knowledge.

 

Step 3: Assess and Discuss

Once your exercise has been completed the mentor will assess the exercise and will discuss and address any problem areas. Once confirmed you will move onto the next topic and the cycle will start again.
