Welcome to the Office 365 for the End-User course.

 

This one-day course is designed for information workers who are using or will use Office 365. This course will provide learners with the knowledge and skills to efficiently use Office 365 on a day-to-day basis. The course is designed with real world scenarios in mind. You will learn how to use Outlook Online, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and OneNote.

 

At the end of this course learners will be able to effectively navigate Office 365 and make use of all of the features of Office 365.

In Class or Virtual Class Based Learning

A technology mediated delivery method allowing campus based class or virtual class attendance, or a combination of both. Classes can be in the form of lecture based or mentored based.

A technology mediated, self paced online delivery method with personal mentorship.

Important Notes

  • Learners to arrive at the training venue from 08:00 in preparation for 08:30 starting time 
  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the proof of payment or an official company purchase order. 
  • For full day, on campus courses, Learnfast will supply you with a computer to use for training (if applicable),& tea/coffee and a full lunch. Catering is not included for On-Site training and laptops are available for hire at an additional cost if required. 
  • Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be in writing and reach us via email at least 5-10 working days prior to the course commencement date. Full course fees will be retained for no shows. 
  • Virtual learners are required to have a stable internet connection & a working headset available for sound purposes.  
  • Learners who use their own laptops are fully responsible to ensure that administration rights, software installations, etc. are working sufficiently prior to training. 
  • Learnfast reserves the right to cancel or postpone dates if we require to do so and undertake to inform clients in writing and telephonically of these changes. 
  • Learnfast is not responsible for costs associated with cancellation of classes such as flight and accommodation for clients. 
Module 1: Office 365 Overview
This module will help students understand what Office 365 is and the components that make up Office 365. Students will learn how Office 365 can increase work productivity by allowing them to work when and where they need to.

Module 2: Using Outlook Online

This module describes how to use Outlook Online. Students will learn how to manage their email, create contacts, create groups, manage attachments, create calendar views, and manage Outlook settings.

Module 3: Using Skype for Business

This module will introduce students to Skype for Business. Students will learn how to use Skype for Business for instant messaging, web conferencing, and audio and video conferencing.

Module 4: Using SharePoint Online

This module introduces students to SharePoint Online. Students will learn how locate and share documents in SharePoint Online.
