Effective Communication Skills

Overview

Making human connections in a technology-driven world! In the 21st Century, men and women continually lurch between the impersonal nature of technology and the intimate reality of human relationships. There are many situations – often those involving escalating conflict, sensitive feelings, high priority, important authority, or a great deal of money – that demand business people to take the time and trouble to get into the same room to exchange information. Or at least they try to simulate face-to-face communication when individuals are in remote locations. Make no mistake  about it.
